the location was fine and the staff was helpful enough.

The noise level was a HUGE problem. I could hear everything happening in the hallway and the room next door. i even found earplugs already waiting on the bed, indicating this is a known issue! the mattress was also terribly uncomfortable.

Amazing stay in the city center!

unbeatable location helpful staff prepared breakfast 24 hour coffee

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything. I walked to many restaurants and tourist spots! The staff was super helpful. They even prepared breakfast for my early morning airport trip. I also loved the 24-hour coffee and snacks... cakes and apples were always available!

The street outside was quite busy, and I could hear the noise from my room.

the staff was always friendly. i really liked the helpful and available service they provided. the hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything. the breakfast was excellent with a good variety.

i appreciated my stay, though it was brief. my room offered a view of the santa justa lift. it was a modern, clean room. i was happy with the friendly, helpful staff. i was grateful for the complimentary breakfast each morning, it was lovely.

Fantastic Location and Amazing Staff!

The staff was genuinely very nice! They were very helpful from check-in onward. The customer service was excellent. The hotel's central location made sightseeing easy, and my room was super clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The room walls felt thin. I heard sounds from neighboring rooms. The noise of doors closing echoed loudly, impacting my sleep quality.
